Good first lesson, some hiccups

I signed up my 7-year-old for a trial English lesson. The booking process was straightforward on the website, I picked a time that worked well for us. The teacher, a native speaker, was energetic and kept my son engaged with some interactive English games. He seemed to enjoy the lesson overall. However, we had a small technical issue with the audio at the start that took a few minutes to sort out. Support was responsive in chat, though. I received a follow-up email about subscription plans right after.

Consistent English lessons

We've been using Novakid for over a year now for my daughter's English lessons. I initially tried it because of a new student discount, and we just kept renewing. The quality of the near-native teachers has been consistently high, which is important to me. Scheduling is generally easy, and I appreciate being able to choose her teacher every time. My daughter has definitely improved her English speaking. I had to reschedule a class once, and the cancellation policy was fair. It's been a reliable option for us.

My kid likes it

My son's been doing these 1-on-1 English classes for a few months now. He actually enjoys the lessons, which is a win. We usually pick the same teacher and she's been really good keeping him interested. The VR history tours are pretty cool too, he always talks about them. No real issues so far, just sometimes hard to get the exact time slot we want if I book last minute.
